By choosing your product(s) in our webshop, you put them in your shopping cart. Once you are ready to send your order, go to check out and fill out your shipping information, choose your payment platform and place the order.

Lagaallo will send you an automatic notification email of the successful payment along with your receipt.

Your product(s) will go into fulfilment the same day. As soon as your product(s) are ready and shipped out you will get a new email with a tracking number which will let you follow your package.

In Lagaallo’s webshop you will find a size chart next to each product both in imperial (inches) and in metric (cm) units. After clicking on the product you wish to purchase scroll down and click on the size chart option. Make sure that you choose the right size for yourself.

We ship worldwide. Orders are shipped by our printing house both from the USA and Latvia, Europe.

The time frame of delivery differs in each country and region depending on the distance and also keep in mind that holiday seasons might have an effect on delivery time so make your orders accordingly.

The shortest delivery time with fulfilment is 5 days and the longest is 16 days, on average.

• USA              5-6 days      
• Germany     5-8 days
• Hungary      6-9 days
• Slovakia       5-7 days
• Poland         6-9 days
• (this is estimated data and true under ideal circumstances)

When you make your purchase at Lagaallo’s online store you will have two options to choose from: standard delivery and express delivery. You will be given our live rate prices for shipping at the check out based on your shipping address. Some countries might lack express delivery!

Because in Lagaallo’s webshop every product is manufactured upon your order we do not do exchange. However, if you do want to exchange a product, first you are going to have to send it back to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, using your right of cancellation and claim your refund, and then make a new order.

In case you have simply changed your mind about the product(s) you have ordered, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to use your right of cancellation and return the product(s) without any further explanation. In this case you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item.

Make sure that the product(s) are in their original packaging in an intact and complete condition. Sorry, we can’t accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn.

We will notify you upon the arrival of the returned product(s) and if the condition of them are acceptable we will repay you on the bank account you have used when you made your order within 5 workdays.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted  within 14 calendar days after the product is received. Take a picture and a short description of the misprinted/damaged/defective product(s). Contact us at info@lagaallo.com so that we can forward the issue to our printing house as soon as possible to find the best solution.
